With full transparency, I have wasted years striving for perfection at work and home; perfection with motherhood and relationships with others; perfection with my words, my body, my kindness towards others. I am worn out!
I now work on finding balance and self acceptance. I want to encourage others to feel worth in their uniqueness or societal "imperfections". I turn towards outdoors and nature for balance.
Nature isn't perfect. Nature is messy, asymmetric, and inconsistent.
Creating jewelry has helped me find more balance in my life.
My jewelry reflects these values and often plays upon natural items, stones, leaves, acorns, or repurposed jewelry.
You might find me at the park searching for leaves, in my garden picking flowers, or at a local second hand store finding treasures.
